Authentic Trips Perú

Authentic Trips Perú, in compliance with Law No. 28251 and in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR), has adopted a Code of Conduct against Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (CSEC) in the field of tourism.

This commitment involves:

~ Absolute rejection of any form of sexual exploitation of minors, especially in tourist contexts.

~ Denouncing and condemning practices that use tourism to facilitate or tolerate the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents.

~ Implementation of preventive measures, including:

~ Ethical policy of rejection of the ESNNA.

~ Staff training on the prevention of sexual exploitation of minors in tourism.

~ Placement of visible symbols to inform customers and suppliers of the company’s position on CSEC.

~ Inclusion of contractual clauses with suppliers stating the common rejection of sexual exploitation of minors.

Authentic Trips Perú actively promotes the law that punishes the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents in the field of tourism, reaffirming its commitment to the protection of the rights of minors and the eradication of this problem.
