These are the policies, terms and conditions that apply when booking and traveling with Authentic Trips Perú:
To guarantee your reservation, it is essential to provide a legible copy of your passport with a minimum validity of six months prior to the date of travel. Authentic Trips Peru will not assume responsibility for any inconvenience related to incorrect, expired or missing documents.
In festive seasons such as Christmas, New Year, Fiestas Patrias, Easter or Cusco celebrations, an additional charge will be applied according to the policies of our commercial allies.
It is strongly recommended to have insurance that covers accidents, medical emergencies, repatriation and cancellations. Authentic Trips Peru will not be responsible for situations not covered by such insurance.
Domestic flight tickets do not allow refunds or changes of ownership. However, they may be rescheduled subject to availability and possible penalties.
To secure your place in any program, 50% of the total cost must be paid. The remaining balance can be paid online or bank transfer at least 15 days prior the tour. Bank transaction costs are assumed by the client.
Children may benefit from discounts depending on the program chosen.
Pick-up times are detailed in each itinerary. Travelers are requested to be ready at the indicated time to avoid inconveniences.
In case there is no availability in the hotels included, alternatives of the same category will be offered.
To access the Inca Trail, Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu Mountain, it is necessary to book in advance due to government restrictions and limited quotas.
Authentic Trips Peru reserves the right to modify information published on its website.
The agency is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged objects during the trip.
Cancellations received more than 90 days in advance will have a penalty of 25% of the total payment for administrative expenses, in addition to the associated financial costs. For the Inca Trail, the penalty will be 50%.
In the event of strikes, natural disasters or other uncontrollable events, the safety of the traveler will be prioritized and services may be adjusted, rescheduled or cancelled.
Authentic Trips Peru will not be responsible for incidents, illnesses or conflicts that may arise during the trip. Additional costs derived from these situations will be assumed by the client.
The company is committed to provide services according to the established agreement, ensuring quality and compliance with current regulations.
It is important to inform the agency about allergies, medical conditions, food preferences or other special needs. Traveling to Peru implies being flexible and keeping a positive attitude towards possible unforeseen events.
This contract is regulated by the Peruvian Constitution, the General Law of Tourism and the Peruvian Civil Code.
